Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Cactus Valley Management LLC ("MeetPlayRepeat," "we," "us") collects when you use www.meetplayrepeat.com and our apps (the "Service"), why, who sees it, how long we keep it, and your choices.

1. Information we collect

You give us:

• Account: email address, name, username and password (stored only in hashed form). If you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive your name and email address from them.
• Date of birth, to confirm you are 18 or older.
• Profile (optional): photo, bio, city, region, country, postal code, phone number, interests, and payment handles you choose to show other members (Venmo, PayPal, Zelle, Cash App). We do not send text messages.
• Groups and events: groups you create or join, events, RSVPs, comments, announcements, photos, scores, hosting schedules and substitute requests.
• Messages: group and direct chat messages, reactions and attachments.
• Money between members: amounts members record as owed or paid. We do not process these payments.
• Membership purchases: handled by Stripe, or by Apple in our iPhone app. We receive a customer ID, subscription status and billing dates, never your full card number.
• Reports and support: content you report and messages you send us.

Collected automatically:

• Location, only if you allow it: your device's location fills in your city and approximate coordinates so you can find groups near you.
• Device and notifications: push notification tokens and your notification settings.
• Usage: pages viewed and actions such as signing up or buying a membership, collected only with your consent (section 3).
• Logs: our servers record IP address and browser type for security and troubleshooting.

2. How we use it

3. Cookies, analytics and advertising

We use Google Analytics to understand how the Service is used, and the Meta Pixel to measure whether our ads work. Both load only after you agree in our cookie banner, and the Meta Pixel never runs on signed-in pages. When you agree, Google and Meta may collect information about your activity over time and across other websites, under their own policies. Our iPhone app does not use them.

You can change your choice any time with the "Your Privacy Choices" link at the bottom of every page. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, we treat it as a refusal and do not load these tools.

We do not sell your personal information, and we never share your location or your group or chat content with advertisers.

4. Who sees your information

Other members. Members of your groups see your name, username, photo and RSVPs. An event's address is shown only to people going and to organizers. Your settings control the rest of your profile. Payment handles appear only if you add them. Messages are seen by the people in the conversation.

Service providers process information for us under contract:

Legal and safety. We disclose information when the law requires it. That includes reporting apparent child sexual abuse material to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children. We also disclose it when needed to protect people, the Service or our rights.

Business transfers. If we are involved in a merger or sale of assets, information may transfer with the business, and this policy will continue to apply to it.

5. How long we keep information

• Account and profile: until you delete your account.
• Content you post: until you or the group deletes it, or you delete your account.
• Billing records: 7 years, for tax purposes.
• Membership consent records: 3 years after your membership ends.
• Moderation records: 2 years after a report is closed.
• Analytics data: 14 months.
• Server logs: 30 days.
• Backups: deleted data leaves our backups within 14 days.

6. Deleting your account

You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Account & security. Deletion happens immediately:

• Your profile is erased.
• Your messages, comments, announcements and photos are removed, including content you shared with others.
• You are signed out on every device.
• A paid membership is cancelled.
• Groups you own pass to another admin or member, or close if no one can take over.

We keep only billing records, which the law requires for tax purposes.

7. Your rights and choices

Wherever you live, you can:

• Access and correct your information in Settings, or ask us for a copy.
• Delete your account in Settings.
• Withdraw consent to analytics, advertising or marketing at any time.
• Ask us any question about your data.

Email privacy@meetplayrepeat.com for anything you can't do in Settings. We answer within 30 days, and we may need to confirm your identity first. We will not treat you differently for using these rights.

8. Age

The Service is only for people 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone younger. If we learn that someone under 18 has an account, we delete it and its information. Parents can contact us at privacy@meetplayrepeat.com.

9. Security

We use encryption in transit, hashed passwords and access controls. No system is completely secure. If a breach affects your information, we will notify you and the authorities as the law requires.

10. Users outside the United States, including Saudi Arabia

We are based in the United States and store information there. If you use the Service from another country, your information is transferred to the United States because we need it there to provide the Service to you.

For users in Saudi Arabia, we process personal data under the Personal Data Protection Law on the legal bases in section 2. You can exercise the rights in section 7 and withdraw consent as easily as you gave it. We answer requests within 30 days. You may also complain to the Saudi Data & AI Authority (SDAIA).

11. Changes

We post changes here and update the effective date. For material changes, we tell you by email or in the app before they take effect.
