Terms of Service
Effective October 26, 2026
These Terms are an agreement between you and Cactus Valley Management LLC ("MeetPlayRepeat," "we," "us") for your use of www.meetplayrepeat.com and our apps (the "Service"). You accept them, and our Privacy Policy, by checking the box when you create your account.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You confirm your date of birth when you sign up. Where an app store or device tells us your age range, we rely on it and may block access for anyone under 18. If we learn that a user is under 18, we delete the account. You may not use the Service if we have banned you.
2. Your account
Give accurate information and keep your password safe. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us at support@meetplayrepeat.com if you think it has been misused.
3. Guest and Member accounts
- Guest accounts are free and can attend up to 3 events in any 12-month period. A group may sponsor a guest beyond that limit.
- Member accounts cost $12.00 USD per year, plus any applicable tax. Membership is needed to create groups and to attend beyond the guest limit.
- Automatic renewal. Your membership renews automatically each year at the then-current price, charged to your payment method on file, until you cancel. You agree to this separately, by checking a box, when you subscribe. We email you about 35 days and again about 21 days before each renewal, with the date, the amount and how to cancel. We give you at least 30 days' notice of any price change.
- Cancel any time online in Settings → Membership, in one step. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep your benefits until the end of the paid year.
- Refunds. Ask within 14 days of any charge, including a renewal, and we will refund it in full. If we fail to send a renewal reminder, we will refund that renewal on request at any time. After 14 days, charges are not refundable and we do not give partial refunds, except where the law requires.
- Promotional codes apply only for the period stated with the code. Renewals are charged at the regular price unless the code says otherwise.
- Payment processors. Payments on the web are processed by Stripe. Purchases in our iPhone app are billed, renewed, cancelled and refunded by Apple under Apple's terms.
4. Groups and organizers
Group owners and admins decide who can join, set group rules, schedule events and manage members. They are responsible for their groups and events. An owner may transfer a group to another member, who must accept. If an owner deletes their account, the group passes to its longest-standing admin, or to another member if there is no admin, or it closes if no one can take over. Groups with no activity for a long period may be deactivated after notice to members.
5. Money between members
The Service lets members record event fees and who has paid. MeetPlayRepeat is not a payment service, money transmitter, escrow or party to any payment. We do not collect, hold or transfer money between members, and we take no part of it. Members pay each other directly, through services such as Venmo, PayPal, Zelle or Cash App or in cash, under those services' terms. Disputes about these payments, refunds and any taxes are between the members involved. Event fees may cover only shared costs such as food, supplies or a venue, and may not include alcohol.
6. Shared pots
The shared pot tracker is a record-keeping tool. We do not organize, operate or sponsor any game. A group may turn it on only if every participant is 21 or older, and you may use it only for lawful private social activities among friends where you are. Every amount put into a pot must be paid out in full to participants. No host, organizer or other person may charge admission, a seat fee or a cut, or benefit beyond their own winnings. All participants must play on equal terms. The tracker is not available to groups in Saudi Arabia or Utah, and we may turn it off in any place or group.
7. Meeting in person
Events are organized only by users. MeetPlayRepeat does not host, organize, supervise or inspect events or venues, and does not screen users. We make no promises about any user, event or location. Use good judgment: meet in public places when you don't know people.
Games, sports, travel and gatherings in private homes carry inherent risks of injury, illness and loss of property. You voluntarily accept those risks. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release MeetPlayRepeat from claims arising from your attendance at any event or your dealings with other users. This release does not cover our own gross negligence or willful misconduct.
If alcohol is present, hosts and attendees are responsible for following the law, including laws on serving minors and visibly intoxicated people and on selling alcohol. Never drink and drive.
8. Your content
You own what you post: profile details, messages, photos, event details and comments. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display and share your content as needed to run the Service, limited by your privacy settings. The license ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies in backups for their limited retention period. You confirm you have the right to post your content.
9. Conduct
We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. You agree not to:
- harass, threaten, stalk, discriminate against or impersonate anyone, or endanger anyone at an event;
- post content that is illegal, sexually explicit, hateful or violent, or that exploits minors;
- post intimate images of anyone without their consent, including fake or AI-generated images;
- post other people's private information;
- solicit sexual services, or send spam or unauthorized commercial solicitations;
- organize illegal activity, including illegal gambling;
- infringe anyone's intellectual property;
- access the Service by automated means, probe it for weaknesses or interfere with it;
- create accounts to get around a ban or the guest limit.
10. Reports, blocking and enforcement
You can report content and people, and block other users, in the app. We review reports within 24 hours. We may remove content, and suspend or close accounts, when we believe these Terms were broken. We report apparent child sexual abuse material to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children. When we learn of a credible threat to members' safety, we act on it, which may include banning a user and warning affected groups.
11. Copyright complaints
If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, send a notice to our designated agent at Garrett Russell McGhee, 1846 E Innovation Park Dr Ste 100, Oro Valley, AZ 85755, support@meetplayrepeat.com. The notice must include:
- your signature;
- a description of the work;
- where the material appears on the Service;
- your contact information;
- a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized;
- a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act.
If your content is removed and you believe that was a mistake, you may send a counter-notice to the same agent. We close the accounts of repeat infringers.
12. Ending your use
You may delete your account at any time in Settings. Deletion is immediate, and our Privacy Policy explains what it removes and the billing records we keep. Deleting your account ends your membership; section 3's refund rules apply. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms, or if we must for legal reasons. Membership fees are not refunded when an account is closed for breaking these Terms.
13. Changes to the Service and these Terms
We may change or discontinue features. We may update these Terms. If a change is material, we will tell you by email or in the app at least 30 days before it takes effect. If you continue using the Service after that, you accept the change; if you don't accept it, you may delete your account.
14. Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that reminders and notifications will always arrive.
15. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for all claims is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or $100.
These limits do not apply to liability for fraud, gross negligence, willful misconduct, personal injury caused by our negligence, or our violation of law. They also do not apply to any other liability that applicable law does not allow us to limit.
16. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to cover our reasonable costs of claims by others that arise from your content, the events you organize or your breach of these Terms.
17. Disputes and governing law
Informal resolution. Before filing a claim, email support@meetplayrepeat.com describing the dispute; we will do the same. Each side has 30 days to try to resolve it.
Courts. Either of us may bring an individual claim in small-claims court in your county. Otherwise, disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction. Where consumer law gives you the right to sue where you live, that right applies.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing in them limits rights you have under the consumer laws of the state or country where you live that cannot be waived.
18. Apple App Store
If you downloaded our app from Apple's App Store:
- These Terms are between you and Cactus Valley Management LLC, not Apple Inc. ("Apple"). We, not Apple, are solely responsible for the app and its content.
- Your license is a non-transferable license to use the app on Apple-branded products you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. Other accounts associated with the purchaser may use it through Family Sharing or volume purchasing.
- Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app.
- If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price, if any. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation, and any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs or expenses from that failure are our responsibility.
- We, not Apple, are responsible for addressing any claims about the app, including product liability claims, claims that it fails to meet legal or regulatory requirements, and consumer protection claims.
- We, not Apple, will investigate, defend, settle and discharge any third-party claim that the app infringes intellectual property rights.
- You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a US Government embargo or designated as "terrorist supporting," and that you are not on any US Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
- You must comply with applicable third-party terms, such as your wireless data agreement.
- Questions, complaints or claims: Cactus Valley Management LLC, 1846 E Innovation Park Dr Ste 100, Oro Valley, AZ 85755, 520-655-1002, support@meetplayrepeat.com.
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms. Once you accept them, Apple may enforce them against you.
19. General
These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about the Service. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our not enforcing a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in a merger or sale of our business.
